Hello! We are Kilmer Elementary. This 2017, Kilmer Elementary is joining robotics competitions with other schools all over the United States and the world. We are participating in Moonbots, an event that Google is hosting to bring the next generation forward into space. We want to join. But we can't do it without everyone helping and working together.

We have assembled a team with high determination. We plan to show the four attributes that make a Kilmer student awesome. These are ROAR: Respectfulness, organization, acceptance, and responsibility.

Our team is Elisa and Hassam. Elisa is playful, and enjoys robots because they are interesting and she likes to build things. Hassam is a YouTuber. He likes robots because they are fun to play with and amazing to engineer. Our team captain is Ms. Sankstone. She teaches science and sponsors the Kilmer Ultra Botz robotics team.

We want to leave a legacy, a legacy of Kilmer Elementary. Our school has lots of activities for preK to grade 5, but middle school is where life gets awesome. Our middle school is divided into color houses, like Harry Potter. Red House won last year, this year we don't know. We also have awesome after school programs, like robots and circus performing arts. What makes Kilmer special, though, is the students. We get to do fun things and learn amazing things, but in the end, the great Kilmer legacy is us: The students.
