Iron Reign Returns!  Iron Reign was a finalist in last year's Moonbots 2011, earning the McGyver Award for their innovative deployable skid plate and scoring 135 points in their competition run.  Iron Reign is the robotics team from Travis Vanguard and Academy in Dallas Texas. 

Ethan Helfman is eleven years old, and has been in robotics for two years. His favorite part of working on Moonbots is designing the parts of the moon base on Google Sketchup. Tycho Virani is 11 years old and has been doing robotics for over five years. He likes drawing and cooking, and playing the trumpet. Max Virani is 13 years old and has been involved in robotics for more than five years. His favorite things are kittens, comics, reading, science, math, and computers. Caitlin is 13 years old and has been doing robotics for a year. She likes math and science, Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Harry Potter. Jayesh Sharma is a 13 year old robogeek who has been involved in robotics for three years. He says that Iron Reign is the best team to be on because it is never boring.
